More hope for the world:
http://edition.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/2008/10/26/diaz.tx.foreclosure.angel.wfaa
A woman lost her home to foreclosure... and a stranger bought it at auction, then gave it back on the first woman's word that she'd pay for it.
I'm amazed. I want the resources to do this myself.
If I hit a big one in the lottery I'm doing stuff like this for a lot of people....

Oh, that's just lovely. Thank you for sharing this.
Glad to be of service. I was quite affected by it as well.
Have a joyous weekend and then some!

Thank you for posting. Things like that renew my faith in the humanity of humanity.
In spite of our failings we sometimes get it right.
Thanks for stopping by; glad you liked the post.
Oh, and your icon is amazingly cute :D

Okay, I've been near tears reading all the excitement and hope that folks have over Obama being elected, but this tipped me. I'm cryin'
And yeah, I know exactly what you mean.

Hooray for tears of joy! I had the same reaction, though I was already at the tears stage ;)
It's nice to feel this way after 8 years of fear.
